Job Description

**Job Title: Asbestos/Abatement Foreman - $30 an hour | Direct-hire** The Asbestos Foreman will oversee asbestos abatement projects, ensuring compliance with government and regulatory agencies. This role requires full expertise in executing all types of asbestos abatement projects from initial containment to final clearance. **Responsibilities** + Supervise asbestos abatement projects. + Ensure compliance with environmental regulations. + Execute projects from initial containment to final clearance. + Conduct asbestos inspection and removal. + Update team on recently expired certifications. + Travel locally within assigned region and occasionally out of state. + Conduct Compliance Requirements for new employees **Essential Skills** + Must Have Current Asbestos Supervisor Certificate (AHERA 40 Hour) + 2-3 Years experience as Asbestos Supervisor. + Experience in construction field restoration, industrial cleaning, and remediation. **Placement Type** + Direct Placement - No contract to hire period. **Compensation** + Paying up to $30.00 (Depending on experience) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr. still working on getting company benefits **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Thousand Oaks,CA. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Aug 18, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
