About the Role

Our ideal candidate is passionate about crafting visual experiences that empower teams to communicate, sell, and support more effectively. This person thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by helping others succeed. They will work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to bring Zoe's value proposition to life through compelling, on-brand designs. While the role is primarily focused on marketing and brand visuals, the designer will also support the product design team to ensure consistency across the platform. With a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual storytelling, they'll create assets that elevate our brand, engage prospects, and drive growth across the business.

Location: NYC: (Work 5 days a week in Midtown office).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality visual designs across marketing campaigns, digital experiences, brand assets, infographics, presentations, and other materials that support platform growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, advisor success, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure channel consistency and cohesion.
  • Translate creative briefs and ideas into compelling, on-brand visual outputs.
  • Leverage and evolve our existing design system to maintain visual excellence across platforms.
  • Work iteratively in a fast-paced environment—taking feedback, adapting quickly, and striving to improve.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of design experience, preferably in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your best visual design work across various formats (web, social, digital ads, presentations, etc.).
  • Proficient in tools like Figma and Framer (basic knowledge required; mastery a plus).
  • Proficient in Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
  • Deep understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable balancing creative exploration with brand consistency and execution speed.

Nice to Have

  • Basic Fintech knowledge to understand the industry we work in.
  • Basic Product Design understanding and knowledge to communicate with the product design team.
  • Experience with Design Systems.
