Job Summary

We’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary care team. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care , collaborate with healthcare professionals, and support residents on their journey to recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver patient-centered care in a long-term care and rehab setting.
2. Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health status and progress.
3. Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
4. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to develop individualized care plans.
5. Educate and support residents and families on care and health conditions.
6. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility documentation requirements.
7. Promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment .
8. Supervise and mentor CNAs and support staff to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (Missouri)
2. Strong clinical skills with experience in geriatric or rehab nursing preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Team-focused mindset and a passion for person-centered care
5. Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS a plus)
