Description A medical company in Escondido is seeking a personable and professional Bilingual (Spanish-English) Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer support to patients. Responsibilities: + Greet and check in patients promptly and professionally while delivering excellent customer service. + Schedule and confirm appointments, provide reminders, and handle rescheduling requests. + Answer and direct phone calls in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear and effective communication. + Process paperwork, maintain an organized front desk, and handle clerical tasks such as data entry and recordkeeping. + Collaborate with the healthcare team to address patient inquiries and resolve concerns. Requirements + Language Skills: Must be bilingual - fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). + Experience: Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required. + Skills: Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. + Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with medical software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
