What are my responsibilities? Receiving incoming and outgoing documents, scanning them, notifying the relevant employee, and archiving them both in hardcopy and softcopy formats Checking the accuracy of incoming operational documents and informing relevant parties about missing items Assisting the Operations team with document tracking What do I need to qualify for this job? University of 3rd or 4th class student in Finance, Economics, Logistics, etc. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) Familiar with office equipment Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to act quickly and follow through on tasks Team player with a solution-oriented mindset Good command of written and spoken English Able to work full days at least 3 times a week during the academic term Individual benefits are adapted to meet local legal regulations, the requirements of different job profiles, locations, and individual preferences.
