Your Game Plan – Provide Purposeful Care

As a Massage Therapist at Elite, your mission is to provide high-quality, personalized massage therapy that meets each client’s unique needs. You'll work in a professional, supportive, and collaborative environment where your expertise is respected—and your clients keep coming back.

Your Role on the Team – What You’ll Do

• Deliver therapeutic massage services customized to individual client needs

• Conduct client consultations to assess goals, concerns, and treatment preferences

• Recommend ongoing care plans and simple at-home strategies for wellness

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of treatments and client notes

• Ensure a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all clients

• Uphold Elite's high standards of customer service, professionalism, and discretion

• Collaborate with fellow team members to support the overall member experience

What You Bring – Your Strengths

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in good standing with the State of Wisconsin

• Proficient in a variety of techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage

• Friendly and professional communication skills with clients and teammates

• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and client comfort

• A people-first mindset and a genuine passion for wellness

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
