PAY:
$18/HOUR

SUMMARY:

Administrative support position responsible to provide exceptional support to assigned customer and work closely with Distribution Center management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Verifies and completes receiving reports by checking receiving document against purchase orders in the operation’s warehouse management system.
  • Updates databases with inbound receiving discrepancies.
  • Runs reports to verify shipping, receiving, and adjustment
  • Perform research and provide Proof of Delivery for customer inquiries.
  • Contacts vendors to resolve invoice disputes.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High school or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
  • At least two years related office and/or customer service experience.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Programs and general computer proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to establish a strong rapport with customers.


LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the Company. Must have personable phone skills and the ability to work with various team members.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add and subtract 10 digit numbers, to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds; ability to perform these operations using units of American unites of measure and weight measurement.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
