About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Zoe, you'll play a critical role in solving complex problems across the business. You'll work closely with leadership to run analyses, structure insights, and support initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. 

This is a highly autonomous, high-impact role for someone who wants visibility into how decisions are made at a high-growth startup — and the opportunity to shape them through data and insight.

Location: NYC (Work 5 days a week in Midtown office).
Reports to: Director of Business Operations.
Level: Analyst.

• You're fluent in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and comfortable writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
  
• You have experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode (or are eager to learn).

• You're comfortable in ambiguity, thrive on autonomy, and like working on things that haven't been fully scoped.
  
• You're energized by solving problems that cross functions and don't fit neatly into a single domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  
• 0–2 years of experience in a high-ownership role (startups, finance, consulting, operations, etc.).
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a bias for action.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or JavaScript.
  
• Familiarity with data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
  
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager.

Benefits

• Estimated Base Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000 depending on experience, location, skills, training, certifications, and education.
